At Studio F/X Salon, we believe in growing strong stylists from the ground up. Our associate program is designed to give newly licensed cosmetologists the advanced training, confidence and real-world experience they need to thrive behind the chair.

As an associate, you'll work side-by-side with our experienced educators to master technical skills, perfect guest experience, and learn the business of cosmetology in a supportive , creative salon enviroment.

What you'll gain:

Hands on training with advanced color, cutting, and styling techniques.

Starting Pay:

During training, associates earn no less than $13 an hour, with the opportunity to grow up to $16.30 per hour throughout their associate journey. They also receive 100% of their tips when working with personal guests on opportunity days, which start two weeks after joining our team. These days are intentionally designed to build confidence and ensure success, as associates work with friends, family, and acquaintances before opening up to online bookings.
 
After completing our associate program, we continue to mentor our stylists and support them as their career goals evolve.
Stylists begin at level 1, with the opportunity to earn $58,790 in their first year.

All of our stylists are also guaranteed a minimum 0f $13 per hour OR commission-whichever is higher. This provides a safety net, ensuring they still receive a paycheck even in the event of a fully canceled week.
